Shoe section seems like it has defective pieces, most of the shoes had stains(sm had mud under the sole, while others had dust) on them if u look keenly.
I somehow managed to find one without stains.

Good collection of clothes and items. It is inside caculo mall. Staff was cooperative. Had billing issue today as the sever was down .
Arrogant department manager who answers the customers very rudely instead of being a polite and customer satisfaction responsible, unhelpful and unmannered staff, and the return and exchange section is very rude and ignorant counter. Being a customer from last 4 years and having membership seeing this I really got very disappointed with Westside. Will never ever buy anything from this westside, they are really a bad reputation for the brand.
Very sad as to what Westside has become, the manager had a meeting with the staff for over half an hour while we waited to get someone to show us the cosmetics, or even get attended to, I was carrying many things s, many staff passed but no one offered to get a basket .The staff stand around in groups , just joking around, not bothered about customers at all.
Very very disappointed.....
