Helpful staff and much help from Deepak Sakrecha.. Good collection for men's and fitting rooms were organized well.. only 1 suggestion would be to have some tables/stools for senior persons who have to wait when there is much rush in the store.. else it was a well maintained store.. Would recommend
Have been visiting store since 2017 which is 6 years. Visiting today never felt the same. There are some bunch of youngsters as staff, who are least interested in providing you service and the worst product knowledge, rather they are busy in their own gossip. Degrading the name that is being associated with the Westside and its reputation.
Extremely disappointing..., support of the floor staff is negligible. Couldn't believe it's owned by such a respected group. My first shopping experience here and maybe last... Can only wish you good luck if you don't happen to upgrade your front end staff.
If a family shopping destination. Prices are higher than Zudio. Good fancy and latest fashion products then go for Westside.
Pretty big store, Good collection, Affordable. Women section: Recommend following categories: 1. Accessories like earrings, rubberbands, necklaces, clips, bracelets. I personally like their scrunchies/hairtie (around INR 200), traditional earrings. 2. Footwear 3. Tshirts/tops 4. Pants 5. Casual light traditional wear.(kurtis, traditional dresses etc) I do not recommend their lounge wear, sports wear and formals. Recommend following categories in Men's section: 1. Tshirts and sweatshirts 2. Formal wear 3. Socks This westside branch does not have a home section. (Westside home) The one located in Utopia mall, chikuwadi, kandivli is a much bigger branch than this borivali branch. Westside located in utopia mall Kandivli has a Westside home section. It also has zudio on the first floor and star bazaar on the ground floor. Parking: Westside dedicated parking space available for free in both branches.
Amazing collection with great options with many sizes and many fits available in same size. It's very rare to see that a well known brand like Westside is selling such premium quality apparels at such great and affordable prices.
