Very poor customer service. No one is ready to help customers. No adequate parking facility. No sufficient collection of clothes. Price are high for some items. Never expected such a bad experience from here. Only positive thing is the behaviour of security staff. They are helped to parking my vehicle and i see that they helped all the customers too.
Although it's limited by area, Westside offers a collection of both ethnic and western clothing along with beautiful accessories for every outfit. Located in a prime location, parking has been allotted, which is a boon as well. Good service. Neat store.
It is an amazing store, has great collections to choose from. The quality is par excellence and it is worth the money. I would highly recommend this place if you want to have a awesome shopping experience
Westside, from the house of TATA is keeping its standard here at Thrissur as well. Though the quality is good, felt that the collections are more seasonal and the options are limited compared to Max and Trends. But here we can shop for bedsheets and cutleries and some crockeries as well which is not seen among their competitors. The staffs are good and polite. Limited parking space in front but they have additional basement parking. Accepts all mode of payment.
A well maintained shop have variety of collection, went there for some formal clothes they had some good collection at an resonable price one thing is the service it's bit cheep we need to wait too much time for some one to guide and get the required products. Waiting time is too high and also billing they lack billing was only in the downstairs and the thing is it's single window i think the staffs where simply roaming around.
Very poor service. First of all we need to wait for so long for a billing. Even though there are many staffs, only one person stands for billing and customers are wasting their time. They should atleast make the billing fast. Secondly, I purchased a top from the store for an emergency need and when I was about to wear it, i noticed that the security tag was not removed by the staff while billing it. I was not able to come to the store again for removing the security tag and I tried by my own and then which lead to damage of cloth. This was their responsibility to remove the tag before billing. Staffs are not at all professional. Please keep an eye and do the necessary actions. Brand is good but service is too bad!!!
