Love the collection. Great casual and partywear however less dresses for the big fat Indian wedding kind of dresses. Cost is high but the quality is equally great. All ages dresses, footwear, jewellery precious and artificial as well as bags and makeup accessories. Temperature monitoring, clean and safe to shop place.

- one of the Worst brands in terms of customer commitment. I was sold membership yesterday today when I came to avail it they are saying our membership is activated after 45 days. They will sell membership saying it's a 1 year membership but it's valid for 10.5 months. - other TATA brands have no such policy. Why?

Good collection. They insisted on paying 299 for the loyalty card to already a very loyal customer , unless paid this amount won't extend the birthday discount which I've been enjoying for years. I have decided to stop going for instore shopping in westside.

Westside ambiance is really great, prices too matched with good quality are whithin reach of middle class. No doubt, the variety is also great to choose from high to low end. Staff is courteous. Keep it up.

Its a good store. Well maintained and ofcourse one expects such maintaince from TATA. Staff is good and humble. In women and men section you are going to struggle for shoes there are not much options available. Quality of products is good though.

Good variety of women western wear, footwear and ethnic. Also decent collection for men. Price is bit high as per the quality of clothes available.

I am writing this with extreme pain after one of the most humiliating and painful experience of my life so far. And I needed time to regain some balance of mind and sanity to write down this incident. It happened at Westside Store, Faridabad, EF3 Mall, where I went at around 6.45pm today i.e. 31.08.2023. I took 2 sale items (dresses) into trial room. There was no staff to check the number of items i was taking inside trial room. Inside the trial room, I found some tags lying on the floor but as I had nothing to do with those, I paid no heed to those. When I exited the trial room, a store staff came to me and told that she found tags on the trial room floor and wanted to check my belongings. I allowed. Nothing was found. This much was acceptable. However, what happened beyond this was totally acceptable. I was then taken inside the trial room and a search was again done. The staff continuously kept warning me in a condescending tone that I should say what i had taken and in that case, nothing will happen to me. I was being treated as a thief without even being told what are the garments of which tags were found and thus were allegedly stolen. No CCTV footage was available to check on the claims of the store staff that trial rooms are checked after every exit by customers. There was no staff even when I entered the trial room. My search was done in the most humiliating manner and I was even subjected to a body search . The store manager claims that such searches are done privately on permission of customer but I was subjected to public humiliation of the worst kind. The behavior of the store staff without any proof was the most disrespectful and demeaning. I pray that investigating agencies scan the CCTV footage and take strict action against the concerned staff involved in this incident. I work in a senior management position in a reputed public sector organization and I co-operated with the staff all the time but they continued to publicly humiliate me treating me like a seasoned thief. Such a nasty episode has left me crying since then. It is requested to look into the matter and put a system in place so that others don't have to go through such a nightmare in future. Went to westside....good clothing...nice collection...but as we wanted to climb down to gf...stairs were supposed to be used...but due yo a recent surgery could not use them..Mr.Vijay department head made sure..moved the escalators the other way round...it was really kind and considerate of him...taking such good card of customers...thanku fo much Mr.Vijay..all the very best..
