Very bad customer service some girl staff specially a fat girl can be HR take their customer take for granted and behavior is very casual... Only the collection is good but with poor customer service . SHE IS VERY RUDE
Horrible experience since last 6 months.They make us buy the membership card and then everytime you ask to check the points, it's the same reply...our system is upgrading and points can't be checked.....i really wonder how many months their system will take to upgrade.
