Two stars for the food which has gone below average in quality ( we ordered chicken burger and spaghetti). The service is extremely poor, after repeatedly looking out for the person who took our order for a glass of water, we had to wait till we were about to leave. Also, you guys lack a business sense when it comes to pricing. There are lot of good cafes around panampilly nagar with good food and good service. If you are bad in both these dimensions, bring down your price. Else learn from the increasing negative reviews coming up recently and improve on your food and service. It is also to be noted that the time it takes to deliver the order is way too much, the person who takes your order makes a mistake even when there were hardly three different customers in the cafe, too much of mismanagement going on. I personally don't like businesses to shut down, that's why leaving a detailed review for you guys to act on. I see in your replies that you repeatedly insist that you "pay exceptional attention to details", I'm sorry to tell you that it is not getting reflected in what we as customers experience. Make the improvements and call us back, will definitely give a try and give a better rating. For now it's a 2 star.

Quite little cafe adjacent to the park. Nice ambience, good music. Handful of options for beverages and sandwich, pie, cake, etc. If you are looking for a full course meal, this is not a full fledged restaurant. Breakfast menu is there and they open at 11 am.

It's my first visit here.... loved the food and ambience. Really appreciate the quality of the food they provide. Every dish we ordered tasted excusite - creamy cheese penne pasta, club chicken burger, chicken tenderloin steak, Japanese cheese cake, tender coconut granita. I would like to highlight on the quality of the meat and steak.... So tender and juicy, it just melts in your mouth. The creamy sauses are explosion of flavours.

Food used to be good here but now it is not .Had Alfredo penne pasta and grilled rosemary chicken from westleys .Both the dishes were disappointing and the quality of the food was mediocre. The pricing is way too expensive for the quality of food they serve.

We had been to Westleys for the Valentines feast and had a terrible experience. We had a lot of expectations as my previous experiences were all good. So the feast started off with the drink, which was a strawberry fizz. That tasted fine. Next up was the apple salad with chicken. Surprisingly there were no apples in our salad, although the name suggests otherwise. Even with the lack of apples, the salad was okay okay, but with tiny portions of chicken, adjustable. Then came the broccoli and almond soup, which was very bland and lacked seasoning and punch. I got to complete just half of it, and had to pass the remaining. Next in the list was teriyaki chicken, which was supposed to be flavorful, but the sauce in the veggies somehow tasted different compared to the sauce in the chicken. Something did not quite add or mox up well there. Then came the main course which was a chicken dish. Too much of cream, saucy chicken which was not at all good. It was really disappointing. We were given a heads up by the waiter that the most moving dish was the lamb chops, but me and my partner were not fans of the lamb, so partly our fault I suppose for disregarding the warning by the waiter. And finally the dessert. Very grainy chocolate ice cream, and some red velvet and cream pastry. Again not very appetizing. As a whole, the food was not at all to the liking considering the usual standards. Above all this, we had also ordered a fries as sides, and we were not served the fries at all, but interestingly were billed for the same. We then had to get a new bill which did not have the fries in it. So yeah not a pleasant experience altogether, also considering the occasion.

Westley is a decent place for a family meal. There are some hits and misses but overall it was ok. We ordered the handmade gnocchi with white sauce and chicken, chicken fajita, beef stroganoff, sticky chicken wings, beef burger and apple pie. All the dishes were alright except for the burger, which was dry and the patties were too lean or maybe overcooked. The beef stroganoff could've used a better cut of meat but the overall execution made up for the meat quality. The apple pie crust pastry was really good compared to local standards (crisp, flaky and well browned) but we were informed by the staff they use red apples instead of Granny Smith which we usually prefer for that tart taste to compliment the sweetness of the brown sugar. Will visit again to see what else is on offer.

An impromptu dinner plan got us hanging out at Westleys and it turned into quite a fun and satisfying dining experience. The staff were super friendly and the food was splendid! We ordered the Dynamite shrimp, Gnocchi in creamy white sauce with prawns, Tenderloin steak and the Grilled Rosemary Chicken steak. The Tenderloin steak was perfection, the chicken was cooked beautifully as well but the sauce accompanying it could have had more seasoning. The gnocchi was quite interesting and I loved the mellow flavours. The Dynamite shrimp was interesting as well! The desserts we tried were nice, but compared to the food, there is scope for improvement. Overall, good quality food!
