1. Location-wise, it is excellent 2. Even executive rooms are very small and rest room is very small. 3. Tariff is too high for the quality of the room and complimentary breakfast 4. A/C was not working, hot water was not coming, phone to call reception was not working. I had to go to reception each time to inform them and get the issue fixed. 5. Quality of complimentary breakfast is pathetic 6. Staff are co-operative 7. Enough parking space both in basement as well as outside

I stayed here for two nights, really it's a pleasant place , I'm an artist so for event we need best sleep for event showcase . Here I had a pleasant sleep. Had a morning breakfast it's simple and neet . Highly recommended .

Good spacious and clean rooms but they don't have enough space for car parking, free breakfast is provided in the morning but taste wise not good

Visited Erode for attending a Marathon. Stayed here for one night. It was a very quiet room and there were few minor issues noted. Might stay again if needed.

Very kind people, most generous in nature. Very Clean and Hygiene Rooms, Good Service, Well Maintained Hotel in the Prime Location of the City.

I can start off by saying the room was decently sized. They had all the regular amenities, TV, air conditioning, room service on call. One negative was that there was no exhaust fan in the toilet which left a damp stench whenever anyone took a bath. Breakfast was served downstairs in the medium sized dining hall. The waiters had to be repeatedly called to actually come take our order. They lacked the basic skill to serve water and provide cutlery when the food was finally served. Quality of the food was decent, but the papayas were not quite ripe and the vada was not cooked enough to cut with a spoon. On a final note, the managerial staff was well behaved. If the above pointers are taken care of, this can be a neat experience at the hotel.

staffs were very much helpful and friendly. Good and well maintained room. have all essential amenities only think I felt bad was about the bedsheet. it did not seems much fresh. It was not used but I think they kept the bed ready before few days. it's better to spread new bedsheet immediately or atleast few hours before guest arrives. it will give the guest a fresh feel. Felt safe.
