On last week we met doctor EB Manoj for my husband. It was a nice experience. The service from both doctor and supporting staff are very much impressive. Specially I want to mention the name of sister Ms.Neethu, she is very much humble and polite. The attention and care which she given was awesome. Over all service was very good.

My father is a patient of Dr. Simon for orthopedic issues. He is a highly skilled orthopedic specialist. He took the time to thoroughly explain my father's condition, the available treatment options, and the expected outcomes. His expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the treatment. The hospital itself provided a comfortable and supportive environment.The staff in Ortho dept, one Mr Sajeesh was very helpful throughout our visit. The rehabilitation facilities and services offered by the hospital greatly contributed to his recovery. My experience was exceptional, and I am grateful for the care and expertise that helped my father on his road to recovery.

My husband had a surgery at a westfort hospital. It was done by Dr Antony, Urologist and his team. Earlier we had the same procedure at another hospital and by a different doctor and it was a failure and we had very bad experience. But once we entered Westfort hospital, we felt welcomed and at ease. Dr Antony is very patient and he explained everything in simple way which a layman could understand. The procedure went smoothly and the recovery was faster than we expected. Talking about the hospital staff and their service, front office staff were very helpful and they quickly directed us to the urology department without any delay. Once we were admitted, the PROs and nursing team would visit us and make sure if we were comfortable. Their suite rooms are very comfortable and worth every penny we pay. Dr Antony's assistant, one Mr Venu's service is commendable. Overall our experience was positive

Dr.Remya :- The best pediatrician in thrissur. She is an angel. Very good doctor and kind at heart. Gives maximum time to hear patient views,which is a rare quality we see in doctors nowadays.she is a dedicated doctor and always care for her patients. All time favorite Highly recommended .

My 6 year old daughter had deep wound on her forehead while playing. We took her to this hospital. The RMO doc suggested a plastic surgery as normal stitch would leave a scar mark. Even though it was second saturday night, the doctors were called back to duty. Her surgery was done by Dr. Navein. The staff and nurses were really good. Thanks to the whole team

Not ideal for women patients. Too many men roaming inside OT. Not comfortable when your modesty is at stake. A man with specs and goatee accompanies women to x ray room unnecessarily. In OT there was another guy with long beard (who is an attender of another clinic run by a doctor visiting here)...also they have their own nursing college which makes you feel a study subject! Their sister hospital west fort hitec hospital closed down recently owing to patient molestation charges.
