Hotel situated near Topslip check post (sethumadai), well maintained, fully greenish, staff's are cordial, property owner directly administrating. Suggested for one day stay. Charging 2500/- per head with three times unlimited meals.

If you want to go as bachelor's to just chill then this may work. A definite no for families! But the food is good and service is ok. Rooms are super bad to say the least. Go with the right expectations and you will not be disappointed. Closer to the Top Slip entrance..about 10KMs. If luck prevails you could sight some wildlife

Value for money. The property is located on the top slip road next to Sethumadai. You get a feel of the farm life. The property is well maintained but is aging. The ambience of the dining area is not so good. Food quality and taste were okay and needs improvement. The tea served in the morning was a mishap with we making fun of it as sugared water with milk. We were taken good care though.

Decent accommodation very close to top slip, Approx 30 minutes drive to Parambikulam safari point.

Easy booking, good price and especially the food was very tasty and inexpensive. The Garden ist really nice with lots of palmtrees. The rooms could be renovated, they seemed to be old. Overall a good stay.

Stayed here one night because we couldn't enter Parambikulam before the 4:30pm deadline. Got the dorm rooms at 1200 rupees per bed which seemed a bit too expensive. However, food and service was very good. Didn't get to use other amenities since we left early next morning. The dinner was free since we didn't stay for the free breakfast the next day.

This is located just under the foot hills of TopSlip. After this you will have the checkpost in 500 metres. If you haven't got a room at TopSlip you can stay here. Rooms are okay. Food and service needs improvement. Parking you can do next to your cottage. Swimming pool is filled with normal water, which I liked. This property is small when compared to other resorts nearby. You can definitely try if you get a good deal.

Smart place to stay at Parambikkulam. A good location and good ambiance. Also it is near the main road and easy to reach. A range of facilities and good team to arrange your needs and requirements
