Westend Hotel Matheran - Hotel in Matheran - Raigad, India

Booked this Hotel during my recent trip to Matheran, The hotel is surrounded by the beautiful nature. It has huge space for kids park, Garden , Pool , pool side restaurant and leisure activities where one simply sit , sleep in hammock and enjoy the bird chirping. The Hotel room was very clean and spacious, the room services included the coffee, milk powder sachet , toiletries , water bottle . The room had a big couch too along with the functional AC and TV. Although I didn't get longer to experience the room service and comfy bed but the nature around it will really makes you lost in it. The reception staff was friendly, facilitating an early check-in. Overall it was really a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend for your vacation stay.

We stayed in the Super-Deluxe room for a night and really loved the property. Our daughter loved the lush green surroundings as well as the pool. The room was decent sized with clean washrooms, TV (with most channels working). There were electricity failures 2-3 times but was restored immediately each time. The food provided at the hotel was good though the room service took a long time while it was still a weekday. The location is closer to most points however bit away from the main market. Overall a very pleasant stay at Westend hotel.

What a Beautiful and Exotic hotel this is. Ambiance of this hotel makes you stay here for more.Very well maintained hotel even in heavy monsoon. Location wise it's right between Market and All important Places to visit Matheran, that's quite convenient. Hotel rooms are spacious, clean and gives you that feel of luxury. Bathroom is clean, has hot water at night too. It's definitely a budget hotel. Highly recommend this hotel to you.

The hotel service is really good and the ambiance is very beautiful in nature. You like the food quality and the variety of the food in the buffet. It's really worth it to stay here.

I had a great experience. I visited with my cousins in the year Feb 2021 winter time then again with family in Jul 2023 during the rainy season.. Amazing view and climate at the same time. The staffs at this property are all great! Dinner was included in my package and breakfast was the complimentary. Taste was excellent and you have the plenty of choice.. Overall an excellent experience.

The hospitality of the staff, the quality of the rooms and the delicious food make it a great choice for a quick getaway or an extended stay.

The 1 night stay was awesome. It was worth when we plan to go out from regular hectic life . The hotel is located little far from city but still it is lovable if a person is a fan of nature and wants to spend the time between the trees. Manager Mr. BJ was very friendly and very helpful to assist any time if required.

I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Westend. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were top-notch. The staff, particularly Mr. Bijen, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. I must commend Supervisor Afzal for ensuring that our food arrived promptly.
