West Palm Beach Resort - Resort hotel in Vasai-Virar - Palghar, India

One of the worst resorts I've ever visited, filthiest accommodations, no cleanliness, no room service, and terrible food. When we tried to negotiate the package because of the poor service the owner started yelling at us. Check-in time was 5pm and the room wasn't alloted until 8pm, i would highly recommend ppl to avoid this place.

Must say it is one of the best resorts in Vasai. It has a huge swimming pool for both kids and adults. The food is delicious (specially the chicken curry is the best). Rooms are ok. Rain dance is also good. The packages are reasonable and you will not be disappointed... it's worth it

Good place to celebrate a family picnic and birthday's. Excellent for a group of friends to enjoy your weekend.

Worst place to go for small vacation. Rooms are like cheap lodges. AC leakage. No laundry done for bedsheets and pillow cover from years .food is pathetic. Better avoid this place than spoiling your weekend. This place stinks.

Me and a group of ladies visited this resort on 25th May 2023 which was a weekday. The resort is beautifully decorated. There are lot of plants. The exteriors are well painted and maintained. Also the staff were really helpful. They ensured we were provided with all the basic necessities like glasses/drinking water (chargeable)/plates/spoon etc. The breakfast and lunch was really tasty. You may need to pay extra for alcohol and snacks which is exclusive. We had two pools (one deep (4.5 to 11 feet) for adults and another for kids 1.5 to 3 feet). We also had rain dance and there were swings/chairs to chill. They played our favorite VASAIKAR songs too. The only draw back was the room we took as it had a strange odor. They did spray room freshener but the smell lasted for a longer while. Also the bedsheets/pillow covers seemed old and unchanged. We anyways did not require the room for the night so it wasn't our actual need but yes the room can still be maintained well. The road to get to the resort is a bit narrow so you will need to get off from the vehicle and walk till the entrance. When it comes to safety inside the resort there are staff to guide you and they always keep a eye to things happening around so it felt safe. Outside the resort there are only trees and a single road so it is better to have someone accompanied with. Overall the experience was wonderful for a one day trip. Surely recommend it.

It was one of the worst experiences with me Team members those who has delayed by an hour has been changed full night Amd common toilet is worst atleast govt toilets is far better then this A/ c price was charged in non ac rooms and head count is also increased by staff without any evidence Rooms are full with lizards and smelling like not been cleaned since last 5 years And missing things in room will never be recovered We have lost of our lots of new clothes and drink bottle If u don't trust just check everything before u confirm Recommended to go in better place its worst

The swimming pool here is huge and awesome. Our family had taken rooms for an overnight stay. Washrooms are not at all maintained. Food was not bad. Staff is very courteous. Value for money. Awesome host and owner.
