Well Nice location for housing. Calm and Peaceful from traffic... The view of the lake from apartments is Blissful and Calm Only drawback is the steel houses of construction workers and there faint smell of Living...
Well furnished flats. High security. Playground and Club House are also available. Proper maintenance and huge parking space makes West Metro a first class residential area. Managing Committee conducts Agenda Meetings, Cultural Programmes, Get Together Parties and even celebrates every festival in the apartments itself. Do check it out once and you won't regret it
I purchased the flat last year in West Metro it has 5 blocks and each and every block has been occupied completely its more than 4 yrs old society but still almost all amenities like GYM,SWIMMING POOL,ELECTRIC FENCING etc are uncompleted , we have reported these issue so many time to builder in-spite of solving existing issue he started the construction of new venture along side the west metro apart.. People those who are planning to purchase please don't purchase .
Good gated apartment community with all amenities. Decent security, Intercom, children's play area, power backup, ample water, good parking space and friendly neighborhood.
Good place for family accommodation. Reasonable rent. Small play area for children. Both bore and manjeera water available. Functional club house and gym. Grocery store inside the society. Security at main gate entrance with intra telecom service. Watchman for each block. Fresh vegetable stall inside the society once a week. Limited power backup (one fan and two lights). No electric fencing. Bus stop 1km away.
Good society. Has 5 blocks of approx 50 flats each. G floor is parking and +5 floors. There is a small children play area. Security arangement is good...
Very big apartment complex with 5 blocks, Just one km from chanda Nagar main road... Adjacent to a lake and near to Police Station... Apartment has all basic amenities except swimming pool... Well maintained.
A well managed gated community with all amenities like gym, club house, drinking water and park....just 1 km from Mumbai Highway, 6km from DLF.

Very good and old apartments. Best place to stay, great locality. I have been staying here for almost 12 years. Very well maintained community. They will provide 24 hours water supply which is almost nowhere you can find in other places in Hyderabad.
It's a gated community with 7 blocks .. based on security it was good .. rents were a little bit high.. each block has 5-6 floors and each floor has many flats . .. some flats lack air and light due to the area .. but still it's good fo every one w
