This hotel is located near the Lulu Mall and has easy access to Metro train station. The party hall on the 4th floor is suitable for small events. The dining area is on the 1st floor. Lift facility is available. Service is good. Limited parking in front of the hotel. Easily visible from the main road.
Prabhu's attitude was downright disrepctful, we were staying for pre-wedding functions and while checking out my daughter was hungry so my wife thought taking some biscuits/cookies for her, but he denied that with zero empathy and didn't offer any alternate goood options also. Mind you for couples of days of our stays we had cookies with tea there. We we're not asking for free food, we would have paid for that. I had to go to front desk and tell them about it , they have fully functional restaurant and how can they so no to food? Ordered a sandwich for the kid. But Prabhu's attitude left a sour taste. He should be trained on how to be empathetic to customers.
The rooms were neat and comfortable. Service was good. There are no shops or hotels nearby though. Hardly 600 to 700 mts from the KSR railway station. Walkable distance to Lulu mall
Excellent hotel next to Lulu Mall, clean rooms, good infrastructure. Checkin was also very good and the reception guy was very welcoming. However the night manager was a little crazy he asked for our I'd cards after we came back from dinner as he had no info who we were and then in the morning during check out he didn't open the main gate stating wait for room check and he was very rude. He definitely needs training.
We had our kids 3rd birthday here. It was just perfect overall. Amazing food, great decor and smooth experience! The guests too showered us with compliments on the food, decor and ambience! We couldn't have asked for a better host than Mr.Ravindra and his team who warmly accommodated our requirements and ensured perfect execution! Thank you
Had the pleasure of hosting my reception in this beautiful hotel. The staff headed by Ravikannaiah Sir were excellent in organising and executing the event as planned. The food is exceptionally fantastic and totally worth it. They offer a wide range of bronze, silver and gold menus to select from. The close2heaven Hall is extremely grand and has an impeccable ambiance. 10/10 throughout and would highly recommend!!

Awesome location. Fantastic size and decor of room. Haasle free with early complimentary check in. Delicious food and service. Everything perfect. Except that no one helped for luggage during checkout however it was 5am in the morning. Would definitely recommend....
