We stayed at West End Hotel for 5 nights and our stay was thoroughly enjoyed. My family previously stayed here and it was the preferred hotel however we were unable to book via the website/other booking sites . The staff (especially at the front desk, room service, restaurant) were very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. They assisted in arranging a sightseeing tour to some of the main attractions. I would definitely recommend West End Hotel for a comfortable stay. It's close to shopping, with basic amenities around, and easy access to taxis and sightseeing areas. Thank you to the Management and staff for our wonderful stay during my first trip to India

Attended family marriage function on rooftop hall cum restaurant, Starters were great, main course chicken and mutton not worth, Desserts were nice, 200 guest and only one washroom was worst for all, Other floors washroom were mich worse. AC Hall is Great, Ground floor everything is well placed and cleaned coz of first impression , overall compared to price not worth ,

I recently booked this hotel for 3 nights and 2 rooms but i had to leave this hotel within 6-7 hours after checking in, and I want to bring to your attention the unhygienic conditions of the room. When I entered the room with my family( with two senior citizens) there was a strong bad smell that made it difficult for me to stay in the room. The bed and sofa sheets had several stains and I even found small insects crawling around the bed and floor. When i asked the staff, he answered saying its because of carpet the room smells and all. I am appalled at how low standards of cleanliness have been maintained at your hotel.

Hospitality is very warm!! Location is perfect for everything and you'll enjoy your stay here guaranteed!! We had a very memorable stay here, family of 5...spent 5 days...take a taxi to Marine drive and go for a morning walk, amazing experience!!

Vintage and Traditional stay assured.. One will get a feel of Indian culture dating back to 1950's with modern technological appeasement..:) Rooms are neatly arranged, however certain elements are non functional.. Food & service is very good &

The hotel must have been a heritage property ages back but now it desperately calls for maintenance. The price you pay is for the location and full stop. The rooms are very very basic for the price you pay, there is no heritage about the way it's kept and of course no aesthetics. The walls are old, some portions of the walls are damp and in some places the paint is worn down. The bathroom is very basic with old, poorly maintained bath tubs. The service is very very shabby - for in room dining the food that you get in your room is not covered while it is getting transported from the kitchen, to the lifts, to your rooms. I had requested the front desk to do up my room but it was not done, which is the least one can expect when you are paying a reasonably good amount. The staff at the reception needs to be trained to speak well with guests, especially women guests. I was asked whether I had registered or not, am I staying with someone, as if I was traveling for the first time and it is very obvious for men receptionists to ask this because it's difficult to see a woman travelling alone. By the way the cost of the food served is very high like a chicken stroganoff will be for INR 960 so on and so forth and it's not even worth the price. I won't recommend this place.

Rooms are decorated beautifully and the dining area was as good as 5 star hotels so systematic and all the services were present, and the staff's attitude and receptionist were so good so helpful...it felt easy to reach them.Fully satisfied with my 2 days of stay.

The stay here is amazing. The rooms are super clean and tiny at this price point. I will visit again.
