Office of the regulatory body of doctors in west bengal.well located,well maintained and we'll managed. There's a elected governing body. They deal with registration of doctors, complaint regarding malpractice and medical negligence etc. Very well learned governing body. They have done my job very promptly
the staff is very rude. we are supposed to have doubts, they can just answer them. even if you call to ask the timings of office just to confirm, they will respond bill e toh lekhai ache oita dekhun. Seriously? we are all doctors mostly going there by managing our duties and we have to confirm whether office will be open, considering the reputation of government offices. Pls appoint someone who is really polite to attend the calls.
Very rude and ill mannered staff which won't help you on purpose, and will make your easy task harder. Very very bad experience.
