I recently visited WESS - Wanda's Esthetic & Skin Solutions for a facial treatment, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in,The ambiance of the place was very relaxing and soothing, which helped me unwind and de-stress.
Doctor and Staff, was very knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to understand my skin concerns and recommended a customized treatment plan that suited my needs. The facial treatment itself was very relaxing and rejuvenating, and I could feel the difference in my skin immediately after the session.

The worst clinic ever!!! I have been to the best places for hydra facials in the world and this was the the worst with Non trained staff. They do not have specialised staff or dermatologists and they damaged my skin after a basic hydra facial. I went to them for my 2nd and knowing how sensitive my skin is - the lady applied lactic acid and started using the suction machine on my face. I kept on telling her my skin is burning but she did not pay much heed to it. My whole neck and face broke into a bad rash when I got home. The doctor there did not come once to check my skin Inspite of asking, she left the clinic.
- they don't have the basic knowledge to not apply too much lactic acidosis and use suction machine on it. I was a red lobster in pain and rash for the whole week and had to take treatment to get alright. PLEASE DONT ALLOW THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE TO DAMAGE YOUR SKIN.
WESS clinic is one of the best clinic in Goa , the staff is very warm and friendly the doctor takes enough time to explain the treatments and explains necessary steps to make lifestyle changes to get better and long lasting results .

I went here with high expectations but Wess turned out to be another of those skin clinics that rob you blind.
I was clear I wanted Hydra facial for my blackhead and acne marks and Dr Kavita recommended Fire and Ice facial. The treatment took 20 mins and cost INR 7200 and the results were zero. To be fair, I gave it a few days to see some improvement in my face before writing the review.
My blackheads are very much there and acne marks still highly visible. Wess turned out to be an absolute waste of money and time. They definitely recommended the wrong treatment; It's either because they wanted to sell me a highly expensive treatment or the doc has no domain experience or knowledge.
