Wenlock District Hospital - Government hospital in Mangaluru - Dakshina Kannada, India

A Book Cart established by dk journalist association at Wenlock Hospital Mangalore. Health minister of Karnataka and do district in charge minister Dinesh Gundurao visited and promised proper infrastructure for the same. The good thought is,all the attendant of patients can update themselves by reading books and news papers here. Beautiful mind pampering activity at sickness distress. Really appreciated.

Worst experience most of the staffs and docts are rude. My frnd had high fever from past 3 days. Requested to check on sunday aftnn 1 o clock. Firstly staff dint agreed to give appointments. Some how got appointmest to casualty. But lady doctor behaved rudely and sent us back without giving a single tablet and told to come next day.They treat u worst than the beggars. They dont want ur problem.

Very worst sarvice on counter 7(cash counter)doctors are very good. Good response.other staffs are very good. Hospital is very clean and maintained very good.

24 July today My sister went on the problem regarding ear Pain, room no.48 ear section, in the Afternoon around 2'clock, the female doctor treated rudely, didn't diagnosed properly, She said___"We can't sit and watch you, we have so many works to do"___ this words gives her very bad impression on the hospital & also hurts her emotionally. They don't have the commonsense on how to behave with patients. I know this system will not change & improve until the govt take actions. Mangalore is one of the popular city in that this hospital also, many other states people come here for the govt free treatment they expect good hospitality, So the reputation of the hospital and also about the city shouldn't be get bad impression by these kind of Unmannerd Employees. Thanks

Well fledged with apt. instruments & able doctors...leading govt. hospital in districts in & around Mangalore...good maintainance & patient care...govt. waives any major fee through schemes applicable... if standard & prestige isn't a preference...it's nothing less than a top private hospital!

Awesome experience I am a pgt here, got to learn plasmapheresis, apheresis, thalassemia patient admission and treatment, hemophilia patient treatment.

This hospital is good for public and poor peoples and treatment and good staff also available here I refere this hospital all public's

It's a good hospital, doctors are really good, but the nurses are really bad like this one nurse named purna really gave us real bad experience.. overall the nurses weren't good
