I have been a patron of Wellview Residency for the past few years. I stayed there in August of 2023 and must say that I will never go back there. The rooms are worse than a lodge and the bedding and service is very poor. It was great last year, but it is BAD now. I hope the management sees this post and does something about the state of this hotel at a great location. They need to renovate the hotel.
Mostly hindi speaking staff, but they lack the ability to understand customer needs and act. Due to less business the hotel is not well managed but still ok for a short term trip. The hotel infra is very good and can increase their business if they train their staff properly.
It is an old place but still not that old. The business opportunity lies solely on the pilgrims visiting the temple. So, we cannot expect a star rated service. But I must say here that looking to the revenue opportunities it is very good place to stay for the temple visit nearby which is only 1 minute by walking.
staffs are note co operative..... no food is available at hotel then..... i booked 2 rooms but on the time of check in they said only one room is available and they didnt get confrmtn for the other he didnt even heard my words i contact the custimercare and resolved.... take nearly an hr. for my confirmed room.... butanyway the property is very close to temple....
An absolute gem of a hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed.
Very unhappy experience. Though room is specious it is unmaintained, but rate is very high. Reception staffs are not aware of anything about the hotel, service is far away from satisfaction. Restaurent is below average in all means including neatness, but the rate is above average. It is not a recommendable place for stay.
