Very rude staff, asked for anti allergic tablet at 1.30 am at night, staff said "come tomorrow coz stock is there but we need to make entry into there system so can't give it right now" That to rudely said that. No customer service at all, it's WELLNESS NEVER. No point of being open 24/7. Pathetic behavior n treatment for customer. Extremely rude behavior and service.

Dear Sir/Mam I am Regular Customer to your Store in Calangute Branch which is Opposite Newton's Super Market I like to purchase the medicine from your All stores because you give good discounts which we All want now a days and i think that is the reason me and other come to your stores but Unfortunately i find out many times your staff from this particularly branch ask not to take print out bills as because when they show us on the screen the bill amount which is without the discount and people pay that amount because they think perhaps on this medicines there is no discount but on the same bill amount when u ask them give me the paper bill and then automatically they click another button on the computer and say oh by the way there some discount su u that to pay only this amount so i want ur manager who ever is there in this branch check how your customers are treated . Went today 28.04.23 at 10pm paid for a taxi to get there and back however the staff have No manners and do not understand english and maybe they do not want the business as they was too busy on their phones on instagram. I would recommend other pharmacists in the area to go and spend your money.
Rude staff, full of ego. Even after having change with them, they are not ready to give change of note, and forcing to take sweet goli instead. On denying to take that sweet goli they also deny to give medicines. Not sure what kind of service and staff they have. Pathetic experience in my whole life ever. Stupid staff.
