Worst experience, the shop claims 24by 7 delivery , but the shopkeeper in Lake home centre was very unhelpful and least interested in even taking the order ,eave aside delivery . Requested multiple times to deliver but shopkeeper seemed least interested and sleeping while talking . Very very poor service This doesn't seem like the earlier welness at atall

Worst delivery service . Took them 3+ hours to deliver medication even though i called several times telling them it was urgent.

Bad experience , products never available , medicine on diabetes , blood pressure not available all the have is beauty products, soaps , chips , biscuits ...like supermarket

One of the worst medical I have came across in my life they took order and says it will take 1hour to reach but after 2.5hrs no response from their side again after calling and asking about my order they says that "order koi nahi liya so gaya tha" how shameless people they are..even after saying that this is urgently required they treat such cases so casually and doesn't really bother to address any customer.

Good assortment, but the billing process is a little slow.

Have got medicines home delivered from them multiple times. Great service, smooth assistance and always picks up the phone. Very convenient for us!

Fraud shopkeepers at wellness. Misleads people to sell random products like coronavirus immunity kit or shoddy masks. Best if avoided. No knowledge about products they sell. Avoid unless urgent.
