If medicines are not available dont rely on them. They will promise to make medicines available on next day but they will never keep up to the promise. Pathetic staff and service. I waited for 8 days for the medicine but disappointed.

They don't tell you how long it will take. And then when I called after two hours, they started talking and then put me on hold and hung up on me . This happened twice and the third time I had to scream at them and they said, they will deliver in 10 mins. Waiting now. No wonder they have so many low ratings

The in-store facility is good. I'd once asked for change and the personnel was rude, apart from that the staff is helpful. The delivery however is really poor. In a hurry when I ordered for COVID home kit and electral, they didn't send the order because their biker wasn't there, even though I live 3 minutes away. Then, there was no update about delay even after repeated phone calls. The order came late at night and did not have all that I had asked for. I had asked for 4 items, they delivered just one. Very disappointed in the delivery service and coordination of the staff for the same. Won't be ordering home delivery ever again from Wellness.

Such a big shop and the phone instrument doesn't work. The staff says it's like this only. Needs better management and eye for detail. How can customers order home delivery with the phone having static noise and disturbance. Disappointing

All give medical discount. But they do not give 10% discount.

While there are more than one medicine shop in an area, people will definitely compare the shops. I found the team here okayish as far as dealing with customers are concerned. They don't go that extra mile to arrange medicines for customers , if the same are not available with them. Delivery time is usually long. At times, customers would be waiting but the staffs would be busy with their internal discussions. On the positive side, they have a huge stock of medicines, spacious shop with lots of staffs to cater to the customers.

This is the nth I've ordered from wellness and the delivery of medication is the worst ive ever experienced. I'm told time and time again that the delivery person has left and is enroute. It's been 2.5 hours and here I am still waiting. I call the pharmacy and they arent helpful at all, making sad excuses. I have now even called the delivery person directly but still no positive response. I wish services such as medicines which exist to help people are run by professionals who commit and deliver rather than people who take their and our time and need for services for granted. Very disappointed and I hope to never have to order from wellness at lake homes ever again.
