I have been diagnosed with endometriotic cyst with 4 cm in my right ovary and I had severe abdominal pain and continuous bleeding so I visited nearest doctor and she suggested to do surgery immediately. I was completely lost and very upset and I came to know about wellness centre by my own brother. I have been suffering from sleeplessness (insomnia) for the past 10 years. I was referred to Wellness center by my psychiatrist. I attended therapy sessions for 3 weeks. Earlier I was not able to sleep well even with pills , now I am sleeping well with minimum doses. I am able to see positive changes in my physical and mental health. My disturbing memories got erased due to this yogic therapy and I am able to sleep peacefully without any disturbance. Beginning of the treatment I had speech problems and the past 15 years. There used to be a lot of stammering and sometimes taken in long pauses while speaking. As the yogic healing treatment started, there was initially a lot of phlegm discharging and often it had to be spit out. There was an excess of kapha in my head and sinus region, I was told. Slowly the phlegm reduced and my face was visible clearer and less swollen. I was also advised in what to eat and avoid. Over 2 months, my stammering has reduced greatly and there is hardly any pauses when I speak now. Others who know my problem tell there is lot of change. And those who don't know my stammering issue, hardly notice difference as it is normal.
