Good customer service. Neat and clean room. The hotel location was easy to access. Overall a good place to stay with your family and friends.

Top notch hospitality for all guests. The staff of this hotel especially at the reception are very polite and extremely understanding. Highly recommend this place for a family, rooms are clean, spacious and well ventilated. Location of this hotel isn't the best but hospitality and room tidiness is unmatched at this price.

Good hotel in the city near to paradise. The hotel is situated inside a small road. The locality seems okish. The hotel location is a big plus as it's located close to paradise metro station. Rooms: Pros: very clean, all necessary toiletries were given, room keeping done daily. Mini Fridge and godrej locker available inside room. The complimentary breakfast (they were giving as a trial) given was good (buffet). Cons: the rooms in ground floor doesn't have windows and may be little noisy at night times. Tv was not working. After asking Tv was given. Hot water is not up to the mark it was just warm. Service: Room service was excellent. All requests were promptly done. Good hospitality. Thanks Mr. Sailesh for support.

First of all it is not a 5-star hotel n they themselves have responded to few reviews about this issue, that they have requested the Google to change it to 3-star. When we reached the location following the Google map, it was very difficult to find the hotel, as it is located inside a gully. It was little difficult to drive our vehicle till the hotel entrance. But good that they have parking area. Can't expect more than this in that prime area, for this price anyway. All the other facilities in the hotel are up to mark. Rooms are well maintained, clean toilets and good service provided

Rooms without windows , no hot water , ugly food , no coffee ! .. Very very big disappointment I even can't wash my hair here due to cold water , no good sleep because lack of windows .. and morning made me even more angry because buffet is not what we think - very low quality idly and oily Vada .. nothing else , even no filtered coffee :-( hard to have busy day after staying here ..

Absolutely clean and well maintained rooms, prompt room service, and polite staff. Strong WiFi and mobile network. All this in a prime location in the city. Best choice for work/ business stay as also for personal / family stay.

Location is the best part, almost opposite Paradise Bakery, a happening place in Secunderabad. The room I got on the ground floor had no windows and the bathroom had no locks. The manager and other staff are courteous and helpful. Ok for a day trip, especially if you are alone and looking for accomodation under 2K.
