A good hotel in the making.. claiming to be environment friendly and totally green. Certainly they are working on making it as green as possible. Had requested for a King Size bed which they didn't entertain stating that the Hotel was sold out. Requested again for change of room next day which was turned down again citing same reason. The property is Clean and hygienic. Hotel and restaurant staff were courteous. Need to work on improving customer experience.

Spend a week here and have zero complains. The rooms are very well maintained, the receptionist was extremely polite. Took a few room services and the food here were all amazing. The view from my room was great, bonus! The shower is great, and every room cleanup I get new toiletries and towels without having to ask for it I come back from work and get a freshly made bed. I took their laundry service too, absolutely satisfied. The breakfast is good, but need would be great with different varieties, the entire week I spent there they had the same course in the menu. There is a restaurant called Mhajong room inside the hotel which I was extremely disappointed by, they had absolutely nothing available from their menu. I wouldn't recommend that restaurant.

Amazing Hospitality and comfortable stay... Rooms are nice and big, very cozy but the best part was the team. Absolutely amazing team they have there, who makes you feel extra special and gives you the real meaning of hospitality. They definitely have a good spread of food in their buffet downstairs and the food is good too. Staff again is hospitable and wants to serve you well. Did have a small issue during the stay but they resolved it in such a beautiful manner that it made me a fan of them

The staff were polite and welcoming. The buffet breakfast, especially the Indian food was fantastic. But the rooms are definitely in need of refurbishment. Also the towels look a bit ragged.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, bearing a striking contrast with the hustle and bustle of the city outside. This is awesome hotel in a great location. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The food is good. the friendly service that really shines. Special thanks to everyone to made sure my frequent requests for ice was met. Thank you for a memorable stay. I will definitely be back.
