We loved our stay here! The staff were all fantastic and so helpful with anything we needed. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. We had a very hard time getting a hold of someone on the phone to verify details about our reservation, but once we arrived everything was wonderful. I wish we were in town and able to stay for more nights. For those traveling with babies -- they were able to provide a crib for me in the room.
The only 5 star hotel of Aurangabad in real sense. Good amenities, rooms and excellent food. The best part is that their F&B section team is extremely polite and always ready to customise food as per your taste and choice without any extra charge.
The staff is amazing. They treat you with respect and ready to do everything to make your stay comfortable. We have stayed there twice and the experience is fabulous .

Lawn is not well maintained. Level is not good ad anyone can fall if not careful while watching. I wa expecting lush green lawn t such five star property. Felt very disappointed.
Very disappointing experience with this hotel that is definitely not 5*. Flights get into Aurangabad only at 6am in the morning: hence, the staff could be welcoming and offering a room already at that time and being understandable. But definitely did not happen!! They charged us for the early check-in the same amount of a whole night, no discounts, no compassion. Room was very bad: small, dirty, stains on towels, bathroom products were very old, lobby smells bad, lifts to rooms are so old you're afraid they stop in between.. definitely not what you would expect from a 5* hotel!
This is the best hotel in Aurangabad , no doubt. Staff is prompt and friendly. Food is good. The surroundings are calm and quiet. One should be aware of taxi or auto rickshaw drivers in Cidco area. They force you to shop from a so called handloom shop. Even if you don't show any interest, the drivers are persistent . They nag you to visit that shop and stop the vehicle in front of it.
I ordered mac n cheese and it was full of insects ( maggot) I can't believe it's 5star hotel I'm so disappointed, it was a total fail
