This hotel is very safe and secure for women, even if you are travelling alone. The rooms were very comfortable and the service was fast and excellent. The location of the hotel is great for shopping and good food. As a foreigner as well, it was super safe and welcoming. Zamir, an employee in the hotel, was especially kind and helpful. He was an incredible resource in all of the ways, especially in recommending places to go and finding transportation. Even when I asked for a room change, they changed immediately and met my demands! They're flexible and kind and ensure a great experience for customers.

Budget friendly hotel in srinagar. Room size is not very huge but sufficient if looking for budget rooms. Food is served in the buffet and through room service as well and was of good quality. The staff is very helpful and polite.

Rooms were decent. Washroom needs improvement. Service was excellent, the staff and the manager were very helpful and polite. The food was decent too, good buffet. No offense, but the location is such that the early morning religious prayers will disturb your sleep. Rest all good.

Located close to the dal lake. Rooms on top floor are very hot during the summer, with no AC. Service is kind of lagging, we had to remind them several times. Bathrooms are not clean , lot of stains on wall and fittings.

Was here only for a night. Rooms are a bit small. Ac fan tv charging point available. Bathroom small but running hot water available at all times. Parking available though lil congested. Food was okish. Basic stay. Nothing much to say. Staff is good. Finding the hotel through Googlemaps needs lil patience. Near market area so if u r driving during peak hours you may spend a lot of time in traffic.

Hotel is located at the centre of market, so easy to get anything you want. There is a boat style hangout area just 200ms from the hotel which is a very scenic place to chill out. The food is super.hospitality is superb. Rooms are clean.

Best hotel services ever experienced by me till now I just loved the hotel staff behaviour are polite with best services in Kashmir .

Nice place .......expensive according to place as it offers small place ......I expected a big resort like taj.......but otherwise food service everything was nice ......just found the place expensive with respect to the size of the resort
