Staying here was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The room was immaculate, offering stunning views and every amenity one could ask for. The staff's attentiveness and friendliness were exceptional, making me feel right at home throughout my stay.

The food is very good. In the morning the breakfast spread is amazing. There are many foods to choose from . The service is also amazing as the waiters have been very nice to me and everyone else. They have been generously asking if I want anything. The lunch and dinner is also fantastic as the menu has everything that you might want. It has an amazing menu and the service will stay amazing consistently

Wonderful Property with lush green gardens that are so well- maintained. The Gardeners deserve a raise for the bougainvillea hedges, fragrant Madhumalti bushes that made the night atmosphere special and the green beds of grass. Rooms are spacious. The property is located at 30 mins drive from the airport. The food at both restaurants is good and the breakfast has many options to satiate hunger. Like Taj, ITC staff don't say No and are generally accommodative of your requests which makes the stay pleasant. The Staff are well-groomed and well-trained. We appreciate the restaurant service staff especially. Improvement suggested:- Welcome Drink should not be blue lagoon and the musical troop that comes for evening performance can do better. Looking forward to more stays at ITC.

Absolutely lovely hotel... huge gardens and rooms... well maintained.. immaculate. Excellent service by staff across the board. They all tried to please us, took care of the even the smallest requests with a smile. Food was good. Nice breakfast spread too. Had a fabulous stay. Would definitely return.

Stayed in Welcome hotel on a official visit to Jodhpur. Ambience is superb. Food is of good standard. Would like to mention Mr Sugan, he is our house keeper, an awesome person. He has taken care of us very well. Prompt service provided by him. Many appreciations to him.

The house keeping serviced by sumit was excellent and the food was delicious in the restaurants. The amnesties in the hotel are adequate for all ages.
