Takes 2 hours to get to the airport from here. We somehow got a smoking room which smelt a little funny but the rooms are clean. Nothing to do around the hotel. Dinner buffet was good. Food was tasty. For breakfast we were sent to a dingy plc in the 2nd floor saying the buffet was at capacity downstairs. Food was again good but not the ambience. Something I have never seen before at a hotel is an employee standing at the reception area and taking everyone's phones to rate the hotel as if it's a must. The hotel is still under construction or going through a renovation.

A not so good experience indeed. Stayed for a night here recently. There were problems with the flow of water from Washbasin as well as from the shower which was certainly not user friendly. The service level at the restaurant was below par. The staff were not courteous (not all of them) and were refusing to serve basic items, even though it was not crowded enough unlike morning breakfast timings. The team leader though was extremely gracious and provided all the items which were refused earlier by his colleagues. Looks like the staff were tired and exhausted. It was certainly not value for money given the tariff of 5 stars. I hope the Hotel team will work on improvement going forward.

It was a great experience of staying over there, and the only thing that went missing; after paying around 9k for the room, the bathroom was quite compact & there was no bathtub! Otherwise, from the check-in experience, to the complimentary breakfast (which in itself was quite a paisa-wasool)... Everything was excellent.

It's one of the best hotels out there. I went there to attend a fashion show as a model. And I loved it . The temp was maintained throughout the day , staff was very polite and kind, restrooms were clean, and the cake oh my god ... the cake in the breakfast was to die for yummm. Five Star .loved it

All three stars to the reception and lobby staff. Hotel rooms were good but water pressure, cleanliness, and amenities need a lot of improvement. Basic shower, useless water pressure at the wash basin, doors quality, broken hinges on one of the main doors out of the four hired rooms. These are just a few things which I can point to out. Not expected from a hotel chain like this. If it was not the staff, the stay would have been unsatisfactory. Lot of improvement required. Lastly it was good to see partially impaired staff and the opportunity give to them.

Wonderful experience It was an amazing experience for me to stay here. Very humble and supportive staff. Amazing room and cleanliness. Food is also tasty with various healthy options. And the staff at the front office was very friendly. The ambience in the hotel was awesome. I am very much satisfied from the service that was provided.

Welcomhotel by ITC dwarka doesn't do justice to its name. Stayed 3 nights. The staff take you for granted. Specially the receptionist and the ***agers. All have same attitude and smudginess on their face. They will not provide you with GST bills if you need them specially from trip.com or agoda. Response of the staff is pathetic and more of "we are doing a favour to you" rather than providing an experience. The Cleanliness staff and maintenance staff was courteous but thats the only good thing about the hotel. Will not rate more than 3 stars. Renovations are going on and most of the amenities are not available. Room service is pretty slow. Not going to stay there in my whole lifetime. Thats for sure. More of a glorified marriage hall rather than having a decent experience. Food: Food at pavillion 75 is good. Order it from zomato to get it for less than 50% of the hotel menu.

Awesome infrastructure. Nice buffet. One of the best buffets of all other hotels where ever I have gone. Only thing was hotel room I felt was every utility was for 1 person - for example slippers were for 1, toothbrush kit was for 1 person and we were 2 people. So, they should have taken care of that
