It's an amazing property and must say the staff is all extremely courteous- every minute detail is been taken care of and is looked in to .. the restaurant staff especially are very warm and make you feel at home - extra brownie points to Rajkumar and Haseena ..
the food is amazing and very homely and tasty.
Overall a lovely experience.
It was our second time here and looking forward to many more.

If you are travelling to Tadoba , this is the place to be ! Don't look further this is the best you'll find ... amazing location and food tops the chart , unbeatable unmatched superb food ... tastes amazing and so many choices I stayed here for 4 days not 1 dish was repeated twice and everything on the menu was so delicious... we put on atleast 2 kgs weight each. Hospitality is also amazing .. lovely people , just trust me and stay here
P.S we saw tigress with her two cubs !! All in all it was a win win trip!!
We had a fantastic 2 nights stay at WH Tadoba Vanya Vilas. Had recently came to know about this resort in Tadoba so we immediately decided to book this for our long cherished trip to Tadoba Tiger Reserve.
This is a sprawling resort with cottages and luxury tents well spread out. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. They have en excellent spa near their swimming pool.
Food in their Silver Oak restaurant is delicious with a good buffet spread.
The staff has been absolutely responsive and courteous extending their warm hospitality with genuine smiles.
Sighting of The Tigress Veera with two cubs in the Safari added more happiness to our overall experience.
We will come back again !!
Amazing property. The food was too good. The staff were very cordial, supportive and quick to action any service request. Definitely a 5 star rating for us.
A very good property with very nicely appointed cottages let down by the curt attitude of the GM and the 'not possible' attitude of the F & B manager. We had taken 13 rooms with all meal plan. They were least accomodative to our group of 35 people including 14kids. Even basic requests were a struggle to get through. And most of them were turned down quite blatantly.
The service was surprisingly poor considering this property is supposed to be managed by itc. Inspite of us complaining and requesting, the GM Mr.Rakesh didn't bother to meet us through our stay of 3 nights. Only kept giving some defense and justification on WhatsApp. The front desk led by Mr.Amit was more worried about explaining to us the extra charges rather than talking about the facilities in the property and asking us about our travel and how comfortable our stay was.
It was only their chef Ravindra who heard us on the final day and then extended his cooperation and prepared a meal to our liking for dinner. But by then 2 days were already gone.
I have been to many family trips across India and it is the service which makes a property stand out. Unfortunately here it is the service and attitude which was a big let down.
Pretty place. Nice ambiance. Big property. I only have a few small complaints.
1. Very less lighting at night. Difficult to find your room in the dark.
2. The property is very overpriced. Other properties in Tadoba and Pench have better rooms and much better food at almost half of these rates.
3. Staff is less so they take a lot of time for service. On average, you must call twice for small things like an extra water bottle or luggage pickup.
But overall there are some USP's too.
1. Big and beautiful property.
2. The game room and pool table are pretty well maintained compared to other properties.
3. The swimming pool is well-located and clean.
I would like to also appreciate the staff for one incident. A member of our group forgot his Ray-ban in the game room at night. We called the reception but it was pretty late at night so the game room was locked. In the morning, the caretaker of the game room returned the sunglasses and took a signature on a properly well-maintained lost and found register. Pretty rare to see that anywhere else.
The food and services are good.. rooms are very clean.. enjoyed our stay! Service is very quick and responsive staff is very good and friendly. Ambiance is good. Best time to visit this place March & April. Biswajit & Rajkumar from staff is very good
