WelcomHeritage Mount Valley Resort, Ranthambore - Resort hotel in Sawai Madhopur, Bhuderda - Sawai Madhopur, India

One of the best property that we have visited. However, the room service and the food rates are exorbitant and very high compared to any 3 to 4 star standards. The staff is cordial and very co-operative and rooms are wonderful spacious and have a great view and the ranthambore safari is just 2 kms away from this hotel.

This is a good hotel to stay. The staff is very much helpful and obedient. Rooms are clean and neat. There is cultural programs at night time. Food is also delicious. Mohit Saraswati is a team manager and he explained all the things clearly and very helpful person guided us properly. His staff also nice it was a nice experience to stay this hotel and I recommend this hotel stay and have their gesture

Staff was experienced as unfriendly and impolite. Example: We didn't book any dinner. Nevertheless staff called us by room-phone to say we had to go for dinner, it would be ready. (they just wanted to sell some more meals probably...) The fact that it was already late and we woke up by this call made it even worse. WIFI not existing in this hotel!

As a part of Welcom Hotel groups you would assume it's a luxury property. Please be aware it is not. The rooms and the place is not at all maintained for the price they are charging. So if you are looking at a luxury stay by spending a good amount of money please look at some other place. I would rate the food as good though. One thing to cherish about. Overall experience was disappointing.

Great experience, all the staff was welcoming and did all the due diligence required at any given point. Special thanks to manager C.P Singh who made our stay really comfortable. He was available to fulfil all the requirements for the family. Rooms were clean and tidy. Quick check in and check out.

Excellent. First the hospitality, then the Rooms and the Location. Such cordial staff. Beautifully decorated rooms, Havali style. Food is good. and it's very near Zone 3 enty point, the best zone for Ranthambore Safari. Do book a jeep, not a canter.

Wonderful experience staying at the property. Mr. CP Singh with his impeccable hospitality was a delight for the entire family. He guided us very well that helped us plan our tour to perfection! The food was delicious as well, on top the restaurant manager served us a special meal on request. A must stay for all wildlife lovers.. Would definitely stay again!!

Professional and courteous staff, spacious and well designed rooms with ample sunlight and ventilation. Scrumptious food. Swimming pool water quality needs attention, rest everything ok.
