WelcomHeritage Mani Mansion - Hotel in Ahmedabad - Ahmadabad, India

Nice boutique hotel. The room 205 was very spacious and clean with a swing. It was the highlight of the room since we had a kid with us. Complementary Buffet breakfast was good with a variety. The restaurant's food quality and taste was good, although it was pricey. The only complaint was the fan in the room was a bit noisy, and even though after requesting to fix it, no one took any heed. But overall a very good experience.

A heritage property with an I'll maintenance. The location of the property is good and the service is great too. However the rooms have multiple issues. Hot and cold water is not consistent. Shower doesn't work properly. Wardrobes door do not close. Service and hotel staff are courteous but not prompt. The hotel seems to be dieing a slow death from its grandeur it once had.

This is heritage property. Almost 100 year old. Property is well maintained. Room size have enough big and washroom are too specious. Both rooms and washroom have modern fittings. Ground floor room have some maintenance going on have musty odor. Breakfast is really great. This is close Sabarmati River Front.

The "Mani Mansion" hotel in Ahmedabad is a beautiful vintage property with modern day amenities and ample furniture in a quite location in a busy place. During our visit, we opted for the executive room on the first floor, featuring a king-sized bed. The room is in fact bigger than what the image suggests. The room impressed us with its generous size, cleanliness, and lovely windows that added to its charm. Furthermore, the hospitality we received from the receptionists, owner, gatekeeper, and restaurant staff was exceptional. Their exemplary manners, kindness, and readiness to assist enhanced our stay. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a delightful experience, with the food being both delicious and of high quality, although slightly on the expensive side. We were so pleased with our stay at Mani Mansion that we look forward to returning on our next trip to Ahmedabad. The city itself is captivating, with its beautiful people and remarkable historic temples and architecture adding to its allure.

This is a heritage property well maintained by the current owner. I will give my honest review as below :- Pros :- 1) Ambience and overall look of the place exudes old world charm and actually gives the feel of a heritage property. 2) The Executive Room was a bit small but very neat and clean. Rate of the room was suitable. 3) There was a little bit of a problem with the bathroom knob which was promptly attended to, and was resolved quickly. 4) Television relayed all the major entertainment channels through the Tata set top box. 5) There is a nice swimming pool at the back. The surroundings of the pool need some cleanliness though. Cons :- 1) The Bed Mattress was too high in size (Manageable for a tall person) and it was squeaky too. 2) In the middle of the night at around 2.20 am, I woke up due to the heavy noises coming from the back side of my room. It was due to the construction work going on behind the hotel in a newly built structure. I called the reception guy Yash, but he was totally clueless with respect to where the noise was coming from. He couldn't help and the heavy noise continued throughout till the wee hours which completely spoiled my sleep and there was a similar complaint from another guest too, but sadly, this complaint went unresolved and this is a major drawback of this place which is surrounded by some commercial establishments that makes it vulnerable to such noise pollution. I cannot sacrifice my sleep over other things. On my next visit, I will first inquire about the noise pollution and will then decide to stay here accordingly.

Pros : Location is good, well connected , lot of small restuarents near by, hotel is well maintained Buffet breakfast was very good Cons : OK for business travel, Vibes missing for Holiday travels. swimming pool is almost always closed (Ask them any time of day, they will give some excuses, in 3 days stay could use swimming pool only once! every reception staff is trained to tell you a different story and timing when pool is operational) There is no changing room or shower room near pool Family suit is just 3 rooms combined, still OK to stay

It's a heritage hotel, so you should not expect the amenities of a modern hotel. But the rooms are big, clean and nice. The reconstruction of the pool is not totally completed yet, but I was able to take a bath. The breakfast is very good. And all the stuff is very friendly and helpful. Without the help of Mrs. Nilam I would not be able to book my bus. Thank you.

Mani Mansion Heritage Hotel has become our first choice for a comfortable and experiential stay in Ahmedabad. The Mansion is above 100 years old, beautifully converted into a prime hotel. It was my birthday and my husband booked this as a surprise for me. Ms. Neelam attended us with utmost hospitality and even gave us a room upgrade as a generous gesture for my b'day. The way she helped us with everything was commendable and we thank her for her kindness all the way. Seldom you feel home in a hotel, but this place does feel like you are living in a beautiful mansion which is your home. The staff is very cordial and helpful. The food was scrumptious. The rooms are neat, clean and huge. Breakfast buffet was a delight. Most surprising gesture was when Mr. Dalal himself came up and warmly greeted each and every guest just like we do for our guests at home. The hotel has been a favored place to stay for many celebrated personalities and you can feel the rich history of the place and the city here. Centrally located, it was easy to commute within the city. I would only suggest for a better lit signage as it's quite tricky to find the hotel at once. Everything else was perfect. We look forward to our stay again at WelcomHeriage Mani Mansion. Thanks a lot.
