WelcomHeritage Elysium Resort & Spa - Hotel in Shimla - Shimla, India

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Welcome Heritage Elysium Resort & Spa during my Birthday, and I must say it was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped foot in the lobby until the time of my departure, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Nestled amidst lush greenery, it truly felt like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The serene atmosphere provided a sense of tranquility that was much-needed for a rejuvenating myself. The staff at the Hotel was exceptional in their service. From the warm welcome at the reception to the attentive housekeeping, every interaction left me feeling valued and pampered. The hotel staff was always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was elegantly decorated, featuring modern amenities.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 days for a family function in June. The entire hotel was booked for the family function. Appreciate the ambience, the rooms, the service and the decor for each function was par excellence. For each occasion & event painstaking efforts were taken for minor details & the result was amazing. The food was excellent and customised as per the request. The staff was extremely courteous. Staff took special care, especially of the elderly during meal times.

I recently spent 4 days at the property and experienced goodness in everything. No where I have seen such etiquettes from the Manager to the person who helped me bring my things to the room & park my car in the parking. They are always positive and very prompt in there attitude. My Gratitude and warm thanks to Bubesh & Prakashji for making my stay stay comfortable and memorable. The staff at the 24 hr restaurant also needs a mention of serving excellent breakfast. My special thanks to Anilji .Lastly the location is perfect for enjoying Shimla and the places around. Nov 2023

A truly amazing experience, silent and serene with some excellent service and a beautiful restaurant that knows what is personalized guest service. I had a night halt but ended up extending my stay by another day . Kudos to hospitality and amazing people.

Amazing Hotel. Facilities like spa, kids room, snooker, etc. were great. The service was good but nothing special. Good food, quality and quantity was nice. The location was amazing, providing with a beautiful view.

This Hotel is a must, if you stay around Shimla. The service is excellent, the spa and massage area is excellent and Rankesh is the king of service- he makes everything possible and takes care of you in a way I haven't seen before in india. Thanks a lot to the staff. This visit it worth it. Best.

Great hotel, even amazing staff. Hotel is located little away from mall road but not a concern. Rooms are just simply amazing. Entire ambiance is beautiful with woodwork. Each and every corner is carefully crafted. Breakfast selection is decent. I would appreciate if they can have some garden, rooftop bar or some more chill out spaces as this is currently just a stand alone building.

It is a hotel, not resort, because it doesn't have swimming pool, there's no open Greel space which can be regarded as resort, that's why I rated 4 , rooms are well appointed but small, staff behaviour is very good, courteous and helpful, Mr Kuldeep and his colleague at restaurant are above par .
