We have been visiting the same hospital repeatedly and have always received excellent care from their well-trained staff and doctors. The hospital is always kept clean and tidy, and they follow a great tradition where Dr. Mody personally visits each patient every day to say hello and make them feel at ease. Although we faced a few initial difficulties, the doctors took care of everything within a few hours, and everything was under control thereafter. I would say that all the nurses were very supportive and well-trained. Apart from the doctors and nurses, all other staff members, including the TPA, marketing, administrative, and related teams, were also well-trained. They gave us a homely feeling. My mother had her knee replacement surgery here. The doctors, the nursing staff, the admin and the physio are all very cooperative. We had a very good experience here. They also have a post operative care facility, wherein patients who want to avail the facility can stay longer and are taken care of like family. I suggest this place to others as well. The hospital food could improve in taste.
