Rooms are really good , clean and spacious... It's is in the heart of city. I opted mini suit, which is spacious for 3 adults n 3 kids. They gives extra bed... The service provided them was really good... Staffs are really approachable... Morning breakfast is complementary... There is no much items in breakfast, but the items served was really tasty...
A good property in the heart of the city. Moderately well maintained rooms which could have included a bit more amenities like a hair dryer and an ironing board, which might have been available on-demand but at this price point, it should have been included in the room.
I have travelled to calicut with family and chose welcare business hotel for stay, its in the heart of calicut city and the service is amazing. They gave free room upgrade 2 times we stayed .All rooms were good, mini suite was really amazing. Washroom was spotlessly neat and clean. Will recommend and will chose again
Breakfast has to improve, Edit : Breakfast has improved, I can't say that it's the best but really tasty small menu, Now they serve live dosas too.
I was booked in with arrival time told to them. When i reached the room was not ready and I had to wait 1 hour in what they call a lobby. Their lobby is a 2to 3 metre square or so area. Practically waiting on the road. Finally got the room ay 7 am and then I get the good news. Breakfast at the "bussiness hotel" starts by 8.30 to 9 am only! I told them I will skip it as I had a meeting at 8. They said they will arrange something. Sure enough they got me a zomato package of poori masaala. On enquiry, I got a reply that they donot have a restaurant of their own. So even the so called breakfast is outsourced, I guess. Wonder where the source would have been. They donot serve lunch or dinner either! Anyway, I booked another hotel and moved out by 12 noon. But I have to say that the room itself was spacious and neat. Next issue is the corridoor lighting. They are automatic. If no one moves they go off in seconds. When i get out of the room at 7.45 am it was pitch dark in the corridoor. As I stumbled to where I thought the lift door was, the lights came on. Having unlit public spaces in hotels , to me sounds like a security issue as well! The 1 star is because there is no 0 star option. I hope the management sees my review and makes some corrections. Especially the lighting issue.
