Best marriage hall in gonda, ambiance was commendable,staff were cooperative and was well managed ,owner was amicable.
The whole arrangement was average. But the air conditioner was not working anywhere in the room. The management here would turn on the fan on request several times and then turn it off. Been upset all night. Parking is also very bad in this guest house.
I want to give them negative rating.Very pathetic service. They will talk with you like boss after taking payment. No one from there staff is there to look after of services in function. Cleaning is very poor . Unhygienic place. Service is not provided as per words of mouth. Overall suggestion not to do any function at this place otherwise you will regret.
