Raunak and Roshan Mishra are in charge of this marriage hall and both are very supportive and cooperative. My sister's wedding recently took place at this marriage hall. It went on without a hitch. The cook and utensils were provided by them only and it was quite satisfying. The options for stage were good and decoration was quite eye catching.. The only cons is they have a single AC in every hall which is quite ineffective in summers. Especially the room with the DJ becomes very hot and suffocating even when AC is working at full capacity. It should not be called an AC hall in mid summers.

It is nice place to plan for a destination wedding or any other family function, staff are well trained & professional. Most Significantly the owner himself get involved into the overall process & available 24x7 . Ecellent experience!!

Great location, really pleasant and clean Banquet Hall but the thing that makes this such a good place for marriage are the staff. All of the people are incredibly trained to serve in a systematic manner .my marriage was on 10 December and due to lockdown I could not able to visit personally ,I got a contact number of this banquet hall throigh friend of mine .So i contacted him ,they guided me well.As soon as i entered On marriage day , Looks of the this palace has no bound , I Felt really wonderful and too astonished about its decoration.

Very bad service not good for family workers are illiterate and miss behaviors

Rating should have been in negative. The management makes false promises and at the end will do their own. Catering service of Rs 1200 per plate was not even worth a hundred bucks. Food was not hygienic. Water was spilt every where at the catering area. Nobody was cleaning it. If royal palace takes contract in different hotels, don't take. Their catering should be avoided. WORST EXPERIENCE ON MY WEDDING DAY. WILL NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE.

Hi Guys , Consider this as a very genuine and unbiased review . First of all while booking and all ,they will sound very trustful and will explain you like that everything will be perfect and we do blah blah and everything to go for this marriage hall . Later at the day of marriage,I found that they are not cleaning bathroom ,hall on time ,their staffs are just relaxing and enjoying at the day of marriage and not cleaning things on time and trying not to clean twice if it's required . Staffs are super lazy and they are only talkative people , absolutely worthless. Decoration they will use copy paste of their own style ,I mean to say it's very repetitive and nothing unique and special type ,it will look like just below average decoration and completely not worth of price . Lately after marriage completion they will try to earn money by XYZ reason like in my case boy side some one lost the room key and they will say it's paramanent locker and all ,and they charged me around 3500 for that ,which is not acceptable.who use paramanent locker for room gate in marriage hall when you know losing key and all are very common in functions and they will say I don't have duplicate key ..I remember they use the normal one only . The worst part is that they are very greedy and money oriented people and won't take a single penny less and most unethical they did that they did not say anything when I left and later hold one of my respected relatives and asking the money from him .if such concern also then they should inform me before my leaving .they are not helpful too ,like if it's raining they can not help to arrange water ,their staff will take 40 rupyees for 1 litre . I have informed the managers but they are like we don't care and we have enough skills to make people fool and looting people . I had the worst experience with them . Due to their unprofessional,unethical,non-helpful ,looting mindset ,emotionless and extra behaviour I will give them '-5' rating.. The pros part is they have good space and rood inside marriage hall . There are many other nice hotels and marriage halls halls much better than this in less price ,try for others and DEFINITELY NOT THIS
