Dhanbad has a really few coffee places that are decent and Weblihouse is on the top of the list for obvious reasons- ambience is peaceful, there are lots and lots of books to read, rent and browse, staff is cordial, they won't disturb you as such, ordering doesn't burn your pocket. It is cosy and accessible. My go to place in the city!
