I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the recent experiences my family and I encountered during our stays at We One Comforts. As long-standing and loyal patrons, having booked rooms with your establishment on a minimum of five occasions, our expectations have always been met with satisfaction--until now. Typically, we book two rooms and, during each stay, adhere to the customary practice of checking out one room by 9:30 am, while requesting an extension until 2:00 pm for the second room due to work commitments. It is with regret that I highlight a stark departure from our usual positive interactions with a courteous gentleman at the front desk. Regrettably, during our most recent stay, he was absent, and we were compelled to deal with a lady who, in all candor, has consistently displayed a dismaying lack of professionalism and customer service skills. The receptionist in question exhibited a demeanor that can only be described as unfriendly, and her communication left much to be desired. Despite our status as repeat customers, she appeared unwilling to consider our situation and insisted on an early checkout, disregarding the common industry practice of accommodating late checkouts where possible. It is disheartening to observe such a decline in customer service standards, and I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction in the strongest terms. Unfortunately, this encounter has led us to reconsider our loyalty to We One Comforts. The dismissive and discourteous treatment we received from the aforementioned lady is entirely unacceptable and has, without a doubt, cost your establishment the patronage of loyal customers. I implore the management to critically evaluate the impact of such interactions on customer retention. In the competitive landscape of the hospitality industry, the significance of a positive and customer-centric approach cannot be overstated. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation to prevent further loss of loyal clientele. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I sincerely hope that future guests will not have to endure such a disappointing experience at We One Comforts.

Very bad behavior lady receptioninist. She is no manners. Room caretakers are so friendly and good behaviour.

Clean, affordable rooms with very good proximity to Indira Gandhi hospital and Rajiv Gandhi stadium. Spacious rooms and neat washrooms.

Ok place to stay. If you are NOT expecting complementary breakfast, wifi or tv and you want just a stay, you can go for it. There is no wifi, TV is not working. Rs.1900 for 3 people is too much for the facilities offered. Another nearby Oyo just 5 minutes walk offers better, bigger rooms with Breakfast, Wifi and working TV and a Treebo offers a 3-Star comfort stay for Rs.100 more than this! As said by another reviewer, the property owner does not know how to talk with customers! We had complained that A/C, TV is not working properly and he came in the morning and started shouting like anything! I have not seen any Hotel owner talks like this to customers. We as customers expect a minimum facilities for the amount we pay and when it is not upto satisfactory any customer will complain. Shouting and asking the customers to leave the Hotel is not at a good customer service and no one in the hospitality industry will do like this. Immediately we vacated the room and checked into Treebo which was just 10 mins walk from here and stayed there for 2 more days with excellent service and 3-star facilities!

good place for family.. only small thing what i have to say is they don't have complimentary breakfast.. if v r ordering they wil b buying it from some hotel.. but overall satisfied with the room and staff.. good and safe place for family..

This owner is a rowdy and he attacked and expelled us as he wanted to get some one our room as they were staying longer....Worst room unhygienic and not worth it. We checked into Treebo hotel for better comfort and dignity.

Excellent place to stay at ernakulam. Clean rooms with WiFi. Friendly staff. Even though they don't run restaurant they provided tasty breakfast. Value for money. Located near ernakulam junction.

Room is quite good but they dont have a tax bill what a joke
