Pathetic service all the employees are cons and try to convince me to call them personally so that they make their own money . This is the whole scenario:: This is to inform you that I am from Moradabad and the service centre over here is not helping me at all first of all i got the capacitor of my 1.5 tn split ac changed,after that it starts showing E2 error i request them to come again so the employee who came for the check asked me that i should have called him personally so that he will do that in low cost.I felt that very wrong that how can you ask me to do so.After that I tried to complaint this to the owner of Moradabad service centre,he said that sir all the employees working under me are cons so i asked him to complaint about them to voltas he said i cannot do that because i can not hire more people.Yesterday he fixed that E2 error but still my ac is not cooling the room.He went upstairs to the fan and i guess he did something with the fan that is why it is not working.I here by strongly ask you to take strict action against this Moradabad,Uttar pradesh service centre or else i will go to consumer court to take action agains Voltas as you guys have made my life miserable.For the information purpose the name of the employee is Kamal Kumar and the name of the owner is Jafri. This was the complaint that i did to voltas.
