The location pinned on Google maps is a little off.Even though it is on the main road spotting it is difficult as the banner is hidden behind trees. The approach road to the villas is very steep. Once you descend it is very difficult to drive back to the main road even though it is just 20 to 30 meters. Rooms are lousy. The most important thing is the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. I was there to rest for one night but I was unable to sleep due to the uncomfortable bed. They call it a deluxe room and charge a premium but no hot water is available . The rooms have a very cheap look. I reached here too late in the the night with family. After seeing the rooms did not feel like staying here but there was no other option.Charging 2500 for one night without even a comfortable bed is too bad. I do not recommend this place for families.

Awesome place to stay This home stay is very close to the fence guarded forest area. It's lush green everywhere around the home stay, which was a surprise never expected in the month of April. The rooms are clean and spacious with all the modern amenities. We had the breakfast and dinner over here, which was again a true treat to have, with a homely taste. #goHotelTip The owner of this place Mr. Anand is a humble guy and guest oriented. Altogether it's a place to stay for those who are looking to stay close to the nature and get rid of the typical hotel or resort kind of stay. Deluxe room on the first floor is the best room to stay.

if u want to book homestay than without any second thought book the safe house. location - it is around 10km outside from the sultan battery's main market. u will feel like that you r living in jungle , no problem with safety, so many other homestay are near to that homestay. service - service was 5 star. the owner was very good. he arranged everything in our rooms like TV, soap , towel, hot water, drinking water.if u want to eat dinner there itself than u have to inform owner before 6pm.we told for dinner around 9pm and still he arranged food for us. food - food is not included in your booking. if u want dinner or lunch than inform the owner.for dinner they charged 200 per plate. food was very good and included chappti,rice,curd,papad, salad,two veg curry , one nonveg curry and u can eat unlimited. for breakfast they charged 100 per plate. and coffee and tea is complementary. other facilities - they also provide camp fire , for that they charged 500. overall experience - the location and service was mind blowing. no one will disappoint from this homestay. if u r going to wayanaad than without any hazzitation book this home stay.

As my friend suggested who previously stay here, we are hooked this hom for new year night stay. We are searched many room but all rooms in this area have heavy price. There have total 5 rooms, two rooms very large and attached bathroom. And have largest kitchen with all equipment. They are supportive for everything Once coming to this area this is best

The location of the homestay is perfect for those who are searching to spend some time in absolute mist of green! Owner Mr. Anand is a very nice & gentle person. The best part of the homestay is its food. The food is very tasty and home cooked with variety. We stayed for 2days and evryday food tasted delicious. This homestay is a value for money!!

I have booked this hotel when i have been in Wayanad for the trip. Place is near to Sultan Bathery around 7-8km. Sultan bathery is main market to get all the items of your daily need. Hotel is awesome in location, it'll give you a feel of proper forest. We had Campfire in night with slow music. Staff members are very supportive. We have purchased lot of items and prepared in the hotel's kitchen. Location wise it is indeed a good place.

Superb experience. Went to Wayanad with work friends and found this gem of a place to stay. Owner is extremely courteous and the place overall has a traditional Malayali Home feel. Tried out their breakfast and dinner service and loved it. Pricing of rooms off-season was pretty good. I called the owner directly instead of GoIbibo and got a better deal.

House is very nice, surrounded by trees. Owner Anand is a helping nature person, maintaining the house properly. Food provided is too good. just like home made. We had a great time there. He took us to some locations nearby, it was awesome.
