Wayanad Lake View Retreat - Resort hotel in Thrikkaipatta part - Wayanad, India

A nice stay to spend your weekend or vacation. The location is super cool and you will have a great view of the karapuzha lake/river. The place has a pool and its a great one too. 4 rooms are there and the quality can be improved. The caretaker Bensi is a great help and will help you with anything as required.

Highly not preferable because of the worst management. We a group of 10 had been to this stay for two nights where there was no proper service. In fact there were no amenities, the pool was cleaned only on the second day. No proper arrangements for drinking water (leakage in the water purifier), no hot water for shower. Every time we had to ask the housekeeping to turn on the water. We were asked to make the full settlement up front, thinking we would be treated well, we settled the payment. But then started the hungama, the second night we didn't had electricity for over 3-4 hours from 7pm till 11pm. When asked about it we were helpless but had to wait till they got couple of generators and diesel for the same. Inspite of struggling for so many hours, and no proper water supply we were forced to check out early though we requested some more time to freshen up (A guy named Sibu who was our point of contact threatened us saying he would call out the police if not vacated immediately). The stay was decent, good view, housekeeping was supportive (even though we had to ask them each and everything every time). The management need to treat the customers in a good way.

We Stayed here a day in july 2023 extreamly fabulous view and very friendly staff with fantasic food prepration. For two big families or group of bachelor's is prefectly stuis of this private lake view Retreat. small repairs has to be done the only minus tapes not perfect and outside ligithing.

Amazing experience with fantastic sceneery and privacy . And the staff are also very friendly and helpful. Didn't want to leave the place , but I couldn't get a room for another day

Highly not recommended because of the poor service and management.. There is no hot water available, not even drinking water..we have booked entire property but kitchen is shared with local peoples..no proper washroom and bed room is very bad..they have not allowed in pool for 1 day due to some maintenance.. there was no power and generator also.. we have struggled entire night to prepare food due to no power..during the time of check out they are not allowing us to extend for half an hour and threatened us by calling police.. Agent name is sibu.. Request everyone not to stay here in this place..

Such a beautiful place. Nice atmosphere and good ambiance . Staffs are very friendly. In this price rate the rooms are very luxury.
