Renovation work of this stand has been completed. As a result, the congestion inside the bus stand was reduced. There are many more shops in the complex inside the stand. There is an auto stand next to the stand if you need to auto when getting off the bus. There is also a way to get to the train station from inside the stand. The stand has all the shops like Hotel, Stationery, Fancy, Clothes, Coulber, Bookstall, Tea Stall, Supplyco, etc. There is space to relax inside the stand. There is a toilet facility. feeding mothers have the facility to do so.

With the new upgraded bus terminals Ottapalam looks better and properly arranged. Many shops available in and out of the stand. I wish there could have provided a proper place to park private vehicles as well ( paid off course) , connecting to railway station road need to repair so that proper connectivity will be established

New bus stand is very convenient and adequate busbays to different destination. Tiled floor is well maintained. However most of the commercial areas are vacant.

It's a very good bus stand. Near all shops here mobile shops, cool bar, hotel, gents and ladies wears shops etc..........

A well maintained Bus Stand. Surroundings areas are clean and tidy. Also, its very easy to find busses to all areas.

The bus stand had been now modified and expanded. It's good to see how things have developed here. Things are more clear and organized. It's very clean and well maintained

The new bus stand is really good compared to old one. With a lot of space and organized arrangements, passengers will be at ease. Railway station is so close to bus stand. A lot of vacant rooms are there in the stand. Once those are occupied, bus stand will be more colorful and a better shopping destination. Toilet and urinals need improvement.
