Hi, I want to express my gratification towards Trainer. He is such an talented, Professional and accommodating person. He is always up and ready to assist at all times. He is such an motivating person who always push me workout which I can't even though of that I will do. All because of him i am strong and got the confidence to do any workout. He motivates everyone , gives proper diet and has the right knowledge on diet and workout. He always updates himself on researching and help us to understand purpose of the workout. Keep up the good work! . About the gym , it's a great place to do workout, all the equipment's are well equipped and trainers are very good and well trained. Kudos to the way gym.
I've been went to this gym. it is fully equipped and also very peaceful.but the problem is there is no qualified female trainers you have to do on your own
