Gym and equipment is fine, doing workouts with other gym mates are fine, only you'll face a problem with gym owner and trainers, they always disturb you while you doin your workouts, they don't even train their newly joined people well, if you're a new comers to the gym, download a good videos in YouTube to train your body well and learn a proper form of the workouts, much better to gain your body.
