Waters Edge Villas Kerala - Resort hotel in Nedumudy, Kuttanad Taluk - Alappuzha, India

Good place for having a mini get-together. Has around 11 rooms distributed in 3 villas, has a pool and nice ambience. The kayal is by the side of the location & there is a house boat pickup spot interior to the premises where they can pick up if u confirm the same prior. They will arrange all nicely cooked foods at prior confirmations. The only thing u find difficult is heavy chlorine content in the pool water which causes heavy irritation for eyes. Do carry the swim goggles to avoid the same. Rooms are quite ok too. Staff are cordial & will help u with ur requirements. Good and recommended place.

Property looks good but No Parking facility...you have to walk with all your luggage for 5 mins.. and the service men are very rude..

The stay there was soo excellent... The pool is well maintained. Better to take the villa with 5 bedrooms, all together for a family get-together. The food was awesome, the hospitality was awesome and the location is also awesome.... Only problem was that the pool is overdosed with chlorine, better not to wear dark shade dresses, it will be faded

Good place and very polite and helpful staff. Only problem was the pool tiles broke off the night before we checked in. So couldn't use the pool. Breakfast and dinner which was provided was also very good. But currently the roads are under construction, so we were deviated through small narrow roads. Cars with low ground clearance will have issues.

As the name suggests the Villa is on the edge of back waters. Scenic and Spacious. I stayed in this property for 5 days & 4 nights in October 2022 with my Wife & 2 Children (aged 7 yrs & 4 yrs). Mr. Nair the key care taker of the property takes charge of the guest and ensures that all needs of the guests are taken care. The food is catered in house and is made to taste. If you love Kerala food then you will relish the food served. The view from the resort is breathtaking. You will witness houseboats moving around the adjacent river 24x7. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool. Points to consider while staying at this property: - Being close to the Boat Jetty it gets a bit noisy with motor boats running round the clock. - Parking is in a private property and on the other side of the river. - One needs to cross a walking bridge to get to the resort. About 150-300 meters from parking. Overall a beautiful and enjoyable stay.

We stayed here for three nights and felt utterly relaxed when we left. The villas are located right on the water, with amazing views. The villas are clean and comfortable (a TV with Netflix was a massive bonus too)! What made our stay so lovely was the lovely people hosting us, we were waited on hand and foot and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The best place outside home I have lived in my life, water edge villa is home away from home, I stayed for week time with my family there but never felt am in a hotel. The location, food, staff all is so wonderful. Ramachnader ji I found a great host always a call away, Midhun and other people working there never make feel that your at a paid property. The soothing location will make refreshed, it's a location where you will never get bored. My kids got a family love in just six days and they are missing everything of attached to this property. Honestly it's the place where you really will get relaxed. Wish you all the best.
