Worthless place, no service for food, they charge more for normal food, and no amenities, no power, no hot water. Not happy with the whole stay.
Good place with a vast estate to fo trekking and live with nature. Only issue was with service, no one available to cook food and it is a long way each side to go buy food or dine in a restaurant.
Location of the stay is very good. you can go trek in this beautiful 180 acres estate. Good for bachelors. Rooms are average. Service is very slow. You have to pre-order food or it will take 1 hour to deliver. Hot water is not available in bathrooms, you have request and get in buckets. Wifi available and good. You won't get phone network here. Food taste was good. Frequent power cut is there, there is power backup but for limited time.
No electricity was there when we got there , water was coming only in one room that too very slow. We all have to bath in cold water. Room neatness and maintenance was average. No network coverage and no wifi. Not worth for money.
This is a lovely place straight out of a story book. But, if you expect resort quality hospitality & cutlery & kitchen amenities like other AirBnB's you'll be disappointed. I fell in love with the place far from all the hustle bustle of the city. Please note that the power drives hot water & there's no drinking water. The food you get is not a 8 course meal but we enjoyed the simple south Indian food. Raj Shekar is the best host for you and he'll ensure you'll have a nice stay. I'll visit again for sure.
It was much better than what i thought. This is nestled in between huge 12 something acres of estate of coffee and pepper. The view is mesmerizing. There is also a small pond nearby in the estate itself. House has 2 bedroom, living room, dining and kitchen with 2 attached washrooms. You can go and just relax there. Very less mobile coverage but yes wifi is there. You can order food and the manager will get it because the restaurants are far away. Or else while returning from the points, you can bring it on your own. There are only single stove gas and a induction with 2 small utensil, few plates and cups provided in the kitchen. If you wish to cook there, its best to go with some big utensils. Overall its a very nice and beautiful stay for 5 of us.
Was good earlier, now worst. No maintenance, bathrooms horrible, water leakage, Fans not working in 1 out of 2 bedrooms. Continuous Power issue and their inverter didn't work. So had to start in the midnight as we couldn't spend the whole night sitting without fan. You can't cook and no hotels nearby to deliver too. It is also much lower in elevation, so temperature is also not cool like Yercaud. Better off taking something up top and skip this.
Its a really beautiful property. Amazing staff Rajasekar who is really polite and prompt. Only problem is the network and food . Wi-Fi is present but it was cutting off many times and food needs to be ordered/ brought from outside. But if you want to enjoy the nature away from the city life and want to be off the grid, it's worth visiting. The best part, it's pet friendly. Thank you for your hospitality.
