I'm a shooter of this academy from last 6 months. To be very honest I joined the academy Just for Fun and for new experience but eventually things are changed now. As I'm suffering from anxiety from a long period of time whenever I use to feel Little inconvenience my hands started to Shiver and I felt bit lost but with regular sessions of meditation, exercise, yoga and right guidance I have not felt anxious from a long time in addition to this the hours I spend in academy are best part of my day.
