Very clean and beautiful park in center of the Shillong town. With beautiful flowers, plants, bushes, few cherry blossom tree and a beautiful lake in the center of the park. Worth spending an evening just walking and admiring the Mother Nature
Nice views, boating, ducks, landscapes and a good place to get your photos with cherry blossoms in the background! This place is filled with the young "Instagram" crowd, and you cannot go a few steps without announcing yourself and asking someone to pause their photo efforts. Not sure why this is on the list of tourist attractions, it's very much a local couples spot!

Amazing place with a calm and scenic vibe. The park and lake are well maintained. The entry ticket is nominal with 20 rs per person. The park is worth spending 1-2 hours inside. Pedal type boating is available where you can self drive the boat and look around the beauty of the lake. Lots of Koi fishes inside the lake and beautiful ducks roam around the park. Had a very pleasant stay. The cottage is very well maintained and furnished. Rooms were neat and clean. The owner of the property,Mr Darell is very soft spoken and helpful. Overall the stay was very cozy. Highly recommended.
Came here for wisdom tooth extraction and the doctor did a great job. He explains beforehand how he will proceed and listens to his patients' concern. I highly recommend a visit if you have any dental ailments.
