All facilities and good behaviour doctor available so I am very happy to wanless hospital

Treatment is good but process was pathetic.... All paper work... No guidelines for the patient... Even in staff some people's are helpful but some are really rude with patients...... Without any consultant they told please come next week... You don't have appointment.... Even they don't consider how far from you have came here....please take care of your management....if you use advance technique for the Appointments and all the paper work... It will helps you... And also patients don't get suffer from hectic process

I've recently visited the hospital, has very professional approach towards patients needs. All service under one roof. Downside is long wait due to old fashioned paperwork. Needs modernisation, ie use of digital record keeping, pharmacy waiting times can be reduced by accepting payment at the same counter, rather than paying at main cashiers. Same applies to other services...this is the hospital who has century old history of excellent patients care, and is still serving to the local community.

Very expensive as compared with other multispeciality hospital.FEELS LIKE GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL WITH PRIVATE HOSP RATES. very DIRTY and no facilities available for relatives.In ICU there is No doctor(even BAMS) present at the time of emergency, then what's the use of having good consultants when patient is not attended by him promptly.No counselling of relatives.

I lost my mother in the Neuro ICU in Wanless Hospital. Dr Sase was her treating doctor. She had issues with her health but her health became worst as the time progresses due to nursing negligences.Staff is so inhuman. Be careful before taking your near and dear ones to this hospital. So called ICU is just a namesake service there is no hygiene maintained. Staff and doctors play with your emotions. I don't recommend this hospital to any one.

Did not get to see the doctor. Travelled from Pune on recommendation from a friend and after confirming on phone number twice(on 8th and 16th July) given on the hospital's website, reached at 5AM on 17/07, was asked by the reception counter to wait till 7:30 for the queue to start. The person responsible to allocate the queue numbers came at 8:30, no queue or no order at all, random selection for giving the slips. Asked thrice as to what is the procedure here, finally snapped and shut down their register, this got a response, and they told me that new patients had to take appointments 8 days in advance. "I did not answer your call or tell you that I will be coming at 7:30, go and talk to those who did." They still had the guts to tell me that I should come back after a week. Not saying that the doctor should have seen me at 5 AM, but I should have been informed on call about the 8 days in advance thing, also, I was the first person there, but people who came after me where attended first. Go only if you know marathi, you are a localite, and you have a lot of time in your hands.

The Best Hospital i have ever visited.

Hospital is very good. Neurologist Dr.Sase is excellent. Only thing is that they need to stop parallel systems on paper and aswell as on computer. This delays the whole process resulting into disappointment.
