Wanderama's Farm Stay: Bakor - Farmstay in Bakor - Mahisagar, India

Just a little off the state highway, Wanderama's Farm offers stay, food and activities. There is a small pool, good for 10-12 people, a cricket pitch with net for softball cricket and space and provision to play volleyball. There's also a nice square climbing maze that has varied challenges for walking across while you're tied with a harness. They have a few birds and animals on site - few geese, cocks & hens, peahens and rabbits. The food was very basic and a little oily and spicy to my liking but that depends on individuals. There is a small waterfall a short distance away and the road is in good condition with less than 100 mtrs to walk or one could trek the entire way if interested. We were here for the day so can't comment much on the rooms. Overall would rate the place average.

Excellent place at stay around nature. This farm is located just near to forest & all you can enjoy is nature. Many adventurous activities, play activities, a swimming pool. Options for stay- Tent stsy, Dormitory, Delux cottage. Break fast, lunch, dinner all very good tasty food.

He delete negative , actually true, reviews on facebook It's 849rs package, they charged 1000rs. All group members were dissatisfied with feeling of cheating due to extra money charged. One more point, local site seeing were public places and the have not arranged for vehicle to reach there. Its not resort, just small congested farm house with poor food. Who likes to pay 1000rs for tasteless lunch and dinner.

Nice location and average properties...don't expect much lavish..it provide basic amenities..there 3 deluxe cottage with average facilities, thare are situated at some distance from main camp site. They have dormitory and tents also which are within main camp site. They have some adventure activities within camp but they are not well maintain and not professional, although they are complimentary. They have volleyball net in their campsite. They arrange for campfire.They have some domestic pets and birds. They have a swimming pool but not well maintain. Main problem is with their food which is average and vary spicy. You can not get any food around this place so only left with this option. behaviour of staff is good. Overall nice experience could have been better if they improve food quality.

A nice and serene place , location is good , food and hospitality was good. The owner was taking personal interest to ensure that we were comfortable. Dinner was amazing. Staff is nice and corteous. We enjoyed the evening and morning trek in forest. Overall a good experience, but surely a lot of scope is there for improvement. And am sure the owners and the management team will look into the suggestions to make it an even better place.

The place Bakor itself is very panoramic, lush green & full of nature. Mahuvan Farms (Wanderma) adds to its beauty. The ambience is quite good for family picnic, school trips & friends get-together & outing. The food served here is quite healthy, nutritious & delicious. There is everything for all the age group personnel. There are many adventurous equipment, various activities, small swimming pool, volleyball ground etc for recreation. The staff is also very cooperative & committed The only drawback is the site has just few rooms, which cannot accommodate more than 50 to 100 persons.

I stayed in this farm for almost 2 nights. It was much needed break for me and my family. There are lot of Adventurous activities you can do. Trekking, swimming, archery and many more. You can also visit the famous step well and sculptures near to the farm. I would say this is a perfect family and friends weekend destination.
